Ts-Services is committed to protecting the privacy of users. This policy describes how we collect, process and protect personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) (in force since 1 September 2023) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with technical providers (hosting at Infomaniak Geneva, email delivery), judicial authorities on legal request, or potential acquirers under confidentiality commitments.
Measures include TLS/HTTPS encryption, password hashing, least-privilege access controls, hosting at Infomaniak (Geneva, Switzerland) compliant with FADP and GDPR, and regular backups. Data breaches are reported to the FDPIC and/or CNIL within 72 hours.
Data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva) and/or the EEA. Switzerland holds an EU adequacy decision. Any transfer outside these areas is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
